Spyder Summer Surfest 3

This Saturday we loaded up the bus and headed to Hermosa for the 3rd Annual Summer Surfest.  We got to Hermosa at 11am and began set up.  We had a new Cypher Bean Bag Toss game that took a little bit longer then previously thought to set up.  AR is not the best knot technician but get's an A for effort.  After set up we had time to buzz through Spyder and check out the store.  The Spyder sales crew were all decked out with the new Cypher boardshorts.  With everything set up and the crowd ready to win some Quik gear we started the game at 1pm.  We had tons of winners and everyone had fun.  The Cypher Bean Bag Toss was a hit.  We had guess appearances by Quiksilver Surf Team Clay Marzo and Reef Macintosh.  A couple of autographs were signed and photos taken with fans of the surf stars.  There was a couple thousand people that came out to play games and listen to the bands on the two stages.  It was a great day of fun in the sun for both Quik and Spyder.  Check out a couple of the photos that were snapped by both AR and Kliney on their Crackberrys.  If you weren't there this year, try to come out next year.  I promise you will have a good time.  Thanks go out to Dickie and the Spyder crew for a good time.  Props also go out to the sales crew of Lightburne, Darrah, and Mills for helping out with the tent.  Lastly big props to Modaddy for his driving, Kliney for his blow horn expertise, and AR for his knot tying skills.
