From September 25th 2014 to October 6th 2014 the elite of men's global surfing heads to to Hossegor, Southern France for the Quiksilver Pro France, the ninth of eleven stops that make up the 2014 Men's ASP World Championship Tour
The world-class waves, exceptional atmosphere, mild weather and French art-de-vivre combine to make Hossegor one of the most popular events with competitors on the ASP World Tour. The competition will be run at the very best spots in one of the 4 municipalities thanks to a mobile event site. The objective is clear; to get the world's best surfers on the very best waves.
Over the last decade, the beach breaks of La Graviere at the Quiksilver Pro France, arguably the world's best, has firmly established itself among the essential destinations on the ASP World Tour alongside Tahiti's Teahupoo, the Superbank of Australia's Gold Coast, or Pipeline in Hawaii. Together, the venue in the Landes region of south-west France - home to towns including Hossegor, Seignosse and Capbreton - and the early autumn schedule, form a winning equation to guarantee the best waves for the world's best surfers.
This spectacular and free annual event attracts tens of thousands of spectators to the beaches of south-west France in a unique opportunity to see the very best surfers in the world together. Some of the biggest names in surfing have won the title at the Quiksilver Pro, including Andy Irons, Mick Fanning, Kelly Slater, and young Brazilian superstar Gabriel Medina.
Quiksilver Gold Coast 2014
The Quiksilver Pro Gold Coast, held between March 1st - March 12th is the first event of the ASP World Tour and is hosted on one of Australia's favorite point breaks, Snapper Rocks, Coolangatta.

Eddie Aikau 2014
The 29th annual Quiksilver In Memory of Eddie Aikau, the original one-day big wave invitational surfing event requiring waves measuring in excess of 20 feet was organised to run anytime between December 1, 2013, and February 28, 2014 should the necessary conditions be present. The official Opening Ceremony with the Aikau Family was held on Thursday, December 5th, 3pm, at Waimea Bay.
